Yellow Belt

The Yellow Belt course ends with an exam after which you will receive the Yellow Belt Certification and, more importantly, gives you the ability to make valuable contributions to your organisation’s continuous improvement cycles.

There is also a Yellow Belt course aimed specifically at the Healthcare sector. This was developed for and in cooperation with the Great Ormond Street Hospital. Green Belt

If you’re ready to take your organisation’s improvement culture to the next level, the Green Belt course might be right for you. Following up on the foundation laid by the Yellow Belt course, which is included, you will become the person who dedicates time to process improvement in your unit. The course will teach you how to provide valuable contributions to improvement projects and initiatives within your organisation. This is done through various Lean Six Sigma tools and practices. The course will cover multiple lean topics. Furthermore, you will learn how to apply and work with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) project structure. Thus allowing you to eradicate waste within processes to optimise continuous improvement cycles. Black Belt

Just like in the world of combat sports, the Black Belt Certificate is a sign of those who are the best in their field. After receiving the certificate you will be an all-round Lean Six Sigma professional. This means you will view continuous improvement of processes as part of your profession and are able to function as an expert in the field. The course does not require any prerequisites and as such you can opt for the Black Belt course right away. You will go through the complete Black Belt curriculum and familiarise yourself with all the important improvement methods, techniques, tools and definitions. In addition to this, the Black Belt course will teach you how to apply these Lean Six Sigma methods to your organisation at the highest level.

Modularity

The Black Belt course will lay a theoretical foundation and subsequently you can apply that theory in a practical assignment. You also have the option, however, to complete the theory first. This often means you can spread your efforts to combine the course with your job more easily.

Service Sector & Industrial Sector

When opting for the Black Belt course you can choose between the Black Belt Service Sector course and the Black Belt Industrial Sector course. The difference is that the Industrial Sector course has an additional two training days. During those two days you will expand your Lean Six Sigma knowledge with the methodologies of Design of Experiments (DoE) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA). These additions allow you to initiate and complete highly complex Black Belt projects which require the DoE or MSA approach, typically in the industrial sector.
