The Black Belt training for the Service sector offers the complete Black Belt curriculum with the specific possibility of following the training and practical assignment modularly. The Black Belt for the Industrial Sector will add two full days focused on methodologies and tools specific to the industrial sector. Start your Black Belt training well prepared. We offer our online Yellow Belt course as an optional preparation. In 22 lessons you will be acquainted with the most important methods, improvement techniques and definitions. Furthermore, you will learn the technical jargon and you will know more about the business application of Lean Six Sigma within organisations. It is an optional preparation, so completing the course/exam is not a pre-requisite for the Black Belt course. If you do pass the exam you will provided with your Yellow Belt certification as a first step.
