Customized training
By listening to your needs and understanding the problems you are trying to solve in your organization, we can design the right training program for you. This often includes project selection and coaching, to make sure we deliver the results you want. We have training options for both the services and manufacturing industries. So, if your organization is in the services industry, we will use services examples in the training not manufacturing. Often our trainers can bring relevant examples of your industry into the training as well, enhancing the quality of the training just for your organization.

All certifications
We offer a full suite of options from Lean training only (Lean Practitioner and Lean Leader) to Lean Six Sigma Belt certifications (Yellow, Green, Black and Master Black Belt). All our courses come with a digital exam that we host ourselves. So, no need to go to an outside agency for this, which would mean extra hassle and costs. We allow multiple retakes for the same price. Upon completion of the training and passing the exam, participants will receive an internationally recognized theory certificate.
Participants can decide to also pursue their Practitioner Certification which requires that both the theoretical exam and an assigned project be completed successfully.

Online or virtual group training
Courses are offered both onsite or virtual. Our virtual classes are designed to offer a rich experience (similar to onsite) where a live instructor teaches participants through a combination of simulations, exercises, videos, flip-chart drawings and much more. We accommodate your schedule when it comes to scheduling the training days. Various options exist from training all days straight in a row, to taking breaks in between to not burden your calendars too much. Our trainers are very experienced Master Black Belts with deep expertise in many different industries, often in yours too! They are highly skilled in giving the best training experience possible both onsite and virtual.
