LICENSING MODEL

Everyone who aspires to host Lean Six Sigma training sessions themselves, for example to educate third parties, can be licensed through The Lean Six Sigma Company. Turn your employees into full-fledged Lean Six Sigma professionals with the internationally accredited trainings and certificates of The Lean Six Sigma Company. Receiving this license includes being authorized to make use of TLSSC training materials

All necessary training materials and training programs will be made available to you. Those who wish to participate in your training can register themselves on the online TLSSC platform. Through this platform all those who register will be able to download studyguides, online literature and all the necessary documents to complete a training. As a trainer you will be registered as a licensed TLSSC trainer and obtain access to the digital exams of TLSSC

If you are not in possession of practise cases for participants to tackle during a training, the option exists to have TLSSC provide these for a fee. There exist both the mortgage simulation, and the LEGO game. The mortgage simulation has participants finish an administrative mortgage exercise, the LEGO game – a routine part of the yellow belt course – has participants working with role descriptions and challenges using LEGO blocks.

After completion of the digital exams, participants will have their tests automatically reviewed and graded. Those who pass their digital exam will automatically receive their certificate by email. In the case of a practise exam, TLSSC will (partially) review and grade exams. Similarly, if participants pass this exam, they receive a practise certificate, framed in this case.
