Jina Jayanetti is an Industrial engineer, executive, and entrepreneur with expertise in operational excellence and risk management, Lean/Six Sigma, Business Process Management, coaching/mentoring and experience in banking and consumer goods. With more than 25 years of corporate experience, a methodology and tools to support multigenerational workforces, I am committed to helping professionals navigate the early stage of their career and enabling business leaders to drive change through cost reduction, revenue generation and operational effectiveness.
Through The Lean Six Sigma Company, I am able to provide business leaders and teams with tools and insight to drive bottom line profits for their organizations. I bring energy and passion for process identification and simplification.
Prior to launching her consulting company, Jina spent almost 14 years in financial services in a variety of executive positions. She served as Chief Operating Officer for the Private Equity division, Technology Portfolio Manager for Corporate Treasury, Operational Risk executive for Capital Markets and Process Optimization Executive. Throughout her career, she has championed Diversity and Inclusion and served on corporate councils in a variety of roles. Additionally, Jina spent over 12 years in manufacturing in Quality Engineer, Black Belt, Lean, Master Black Belt and Quality Assurance Director roles.

Jina serves as Board Chair for Hugaroo, a charity providing new stuffed animals to children in local hospitals.
